Application for leave to appeal from the Criminal Court of Baltimore (JONES, J.).

Robert Lee Moore instituted a proceeding under the Post Conviction Procedure Act, and from a denial of relief, he applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied.

Before HAMMOND, MARBURY, OPPENHEIMER, BARNES and McWILLIAMS, JJ.


Decided June 6, 1966.


Application for leave to appeal from a denial of post conviction relief is denied for the reasons set out in the opinion of Judge Jones in the court below.
