ROBERT RAY MOORE, Appellant v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, Appellee

On Appeal from the 184th District Court Harris County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 1489433

ORDER

In its response to appellant's motion for rehearing, the State notified this court that a record had been made of the motion for new trial hearing held May 9, 2017. The State requested the record, but it has not been filed with the court. We issued an order on July 13, 2017 requiring the record of the hearing to be filed. According to our records the court reporter attempted to file the record on August 3, 2017, but it was refused because it was not properly bookmarked. Because the reporter's record has not been filed, we issue the following order.

We order Cynthia Lee, the official court reporter for the 184th District Court, to file the record of the motion for new trial hearing in this appeal on or before October 2, 2017.
