In its response to appellant's motion for rehearing, the State notified this court that a record had been made of the motion for new trial hearing held May 9, 2017. The State requested the record, but it has not been filed with the court. Because the reporter's record has not been filed, we issue the following order.
We order Cynthia Lee, the official court reporter for the 184th District Court, to file the record of the motion for new trial hearing in this appeal on or before July 31, 2017.
