Thomas James Moore has filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus, raising claims based on Delgado v. State, 776 So. 2d 233 (Fla. 2002), Crawford v. Washington, 124 S.Ct. 1354 (2004),Brennan v. State, 754 So. 2d 1, 30 (Fla. 1999), and Ring v. Arizona, 536 U.S. 584 (2002). The petition is hereby denied.

The State's motion to dismiss is hereby denied as moot.
