This case was scheduled to be tried at the Court's February 16, 2021, Birmingham, Alabama, remote trial session. By Order served February 8, 2021, the Court struck the case from that trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On January 14, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 28) informing the Court that the parties are continuing to work toward a resolution. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before February 17, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
