The Court GRANTS the Appellants' Charles "Chip" Strader and XMEX Transport, LLC's third motion for extension of time to file reply brief to Appellees Lopez and Franceware's reply brief until March 18, 2016. NO FURTHER MOTIONS FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE THE APPELLANT'S CHARLES "CHIP" STRADER AND XMEX TRANSPORT, LLC. REPLY BRIEF WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS COURT.
It is further ORDERED that the Hon. Valerie R. Auger, the Appellant Charles "Chip" Strader and XMEX Transport, LLC's Attorney, prepare the Appellant's reply brief and forward the same to this Court on or before March 18, 2016. IT IS SO ORDERED this 26 day of February, 2016.
