Before the Court is appellants' December 30, 2022 first amended motion for leave to supplement the reporter's record. Appellants explain the record is missing the record of hearings held November 19, 2021 and July 19, 2022, and ask that we either accept the supplemental record attached to the motion or "await receipt" of the record from the reporter.
We GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER Lanetta Williams to file the supplemental reporter's record of the November 2021 and July 2022 hearings no later than January 13, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Williams and the parties.
