Present — Martin, P.J., Townley, Untermyer, Dore and Callahan, JJ.


Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified by adding to the damages awarded thereby the sum of $450 as the reasonable cost of legal services in connection with the proceeding to ascertain the damage resulting from the injunction and by allowing stenographer's fees in the sum of $121 as part of the costs of the proceeding, and, as so modified, affirmed. No opinion. Settle order on notice.
