DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to dismiss appeal taken by notice of appeal dated July 23, 2018 for failure of prosecution.

Motion to vacate dismissal of appeals taken by notices of appeal dated March 6, 2018 and July 23, 2018 and for extension of time to perfect said appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in response and in opposition to the motion to dismiss, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated July 23, 2018 for failure of prosecution is denied, without costs, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [a]), and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken by notices of appeal dated March 6, 2018 and July 23, 2018 and for an extension of time to perfect said appeals is granted, without costs, dismissal of the appeals is vacated (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to June 17, 2019.
