PER CURIAM
Pending before the Court is the State's motion to abate and direct the supplementation of the appellate record. The Court GRANTS the motion.
It is therefore ORDERED that the District Clerk and Court Reporter prepare the supplemental records with the filings and pretrial hearings from cause number 2018CR4785B. The supplemental records shall be filed with this Court on or before September 14, 2023. This appeal will be reinstated upon the date the complete supplemental clerk's record and reporter's record is filed with this Court, and the State's brief shall be due 30 days after the supplemental record is filed.
