This case is calendared for trial at the December 13, 2021, Milwaukee, Wisconsin remote Trial Session of the Court. On November 26, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is granted. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion is set for HEARING at the Court's December 13, 2021, Milwaukee, Wisconsin remote Trial Session of the Court for a date and time certain of 10:00 a.m. (Central Time) on Monday, December 13, 2021, at which any third-party subpoenas may be returnable. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than December 8, 2021, respondent shall file a status report advising the Court whether the third-parties have complied with the subpoenas and a hearing is no longer necessary.
