Motion to vacate an order of the court, Jacobs, J., terminating alimony payments, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Borden, J., granted the motion, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Michael Graham, for the appellee (plaintiff).


We find no error in the trial court's, Borden, J., granting the plaintiff's motion to vacate that court's, Jacobs, J., order of April 28, 1978, terminating alimony.
