ORDER GRANTING APPELLANT'S UNOPPOSED MOTION TO INCREASE REPLY BRIEF WORD COUNT
Defendant and Appellant Christi Jacobsen, as Montana Secretary of State, has filed an unopposed procedural motion requesting an increase in the word count for her reply brief set by Mont. R. App. P. 11(4)(a) from 5,000 words to 7,500 words. In the absence of any objection, and for good cause appearing:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Secretary's reply brief in this docket may consist of up to 7,500 words.
