Order affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. All concur. (The order grants defendant's motion to dismiss plaintiff's complaint in an action to compel defendant to reimburse plaintiff for public assistance by the Monroe County Welfare to children alleged to have a settlement in Ontario County.)
