Respondent-respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time to file her brief as respondent and appellant on the appeals taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 25, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Timothy S. Davis, Esq., dated August 17, 2012, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the respondent-respondent-appellant submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before August 31, 2012, and the Clerk is directed to accept said brief for filing.
