ORDER

This Court having granted a stay of the trial court proceedings on 7 August 2014, that stay is now dissolved. Defendant's Petition for Writ of Supersedeas filed in this Court on 7 August 2014 is denied. This Order has no effect on the 12 June 2014 writ of supersedeas issued by the North Carolina Court of Appeals, staying the trial court's 13 March 2014 preliminary injunction. The 12 June 2014 writ of supersedeas remains in effect.
