PER CURIAM
This is an appeal from an order signed February 8, 2021. On February 23, 2022, appellant filed an amended motion to reinstate the appeal and affirm the order being appealed. Appellant's amended motion states that the parties have settled. The motion is granted. The appeal is reinstated, and the trial court's order of February 8, 2021 is affirmed. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).
