ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

On December 14, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss on Ground of Mootness (motion to dismiss). Respondent requests that the Court dismiss this case as to the 2015 and 2016 taxable years as moot, given that there is no remaining liability for these taxable years and that the collection actions for these taxable years are no longer necessary. The Court will give petitioner an opportunity to respond.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 19, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion to dismiss.
