Motion by appellant to vacate the order of this court dated September 14, 2015, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, entered August 4, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed by December 31, 2015; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements shall be granted.
