Upon due consideration of the parties' joint motion to remand, filed December 9, 2021, it is
ORDERED that the parties' joint motion to remand is granted, and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for the purpose of conducting a further administrative hearing. It is further
ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than April 19, 2022. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before May 19, 2022, the parties shall file with the Court written reports (preferably a joint report) regarding the then-present status of this case. Respondent shall attach to his report any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
