ORDER

The Court has reviewed the October 31, 2017 letter of counsel for Fox Television Stations LLC and Ben Ferguson and appellant's amended notice of appeal. In the amended notice of appeal, appellant states that he has settled his dispute with appellees Fox Television Stations LLC, Ben Ferguson, and Beth Van Duyne. Accordingly, on the Court's own motion, we DISMISS appellees Fox Television Stations LLC, Ben Ferguson, and Beth Van Duyne as parties to this appeal.

By order dated October 24, 2017, the Court granted appellant's motion and dismissed appellees The Blaze, Inc. and Glenn Beck. We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to remove The Blaze, Inc., Glenn Beck, Fox Television Stations LLC, Ben Ferguson, and Beth Van Duyne from the style of this case. This appeal continues between appellant and appellees Center for Security Policy, Jim Hanson, and Ben Shapiro.
