Peter J. Panuthos Special Trial Judge.

By Notice dated June 2, 2021, this case was calendared for trial on the Court's November 1, 2021, New York, New York remote trial calendar. In a status report dated October 25, 2021, respondent advised that the parties had reached a basis of settlement that resolved all of the issues in this matter. The Court directed the parties to file settlement documents on or before January 7, 2022. As of the date of this Order, the Court has not received signed settlement documents nor a status report advising as to the current status of this matter.

Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before February 11, 2022, either (1) submit settlement documents, (2) file a stipulation of settled issues, (3) file status reports, (joint or separate) advising as to the then current status of this case, or (4) file an appropriate motion. Any status report filed shall specify the remaining issues in this matter.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties.
