On April 1, 2021, Robert B. Teuber and Robert E. Dallman filed a Motion To Withdraw as Counsel. On August 10, 2021, Robert B. Teuber and Robert E. Dallman filed a supplement to their motion, in which they state that petitioner objects to their motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before September 2, 2021, file an objection, if any, to the just-referenced motion to withdraw, as supplemented. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the just-referenced motion to withdraw or other appropriate action by this Court.
