Present — Peck, P.J., Glennon, Callahan, Van Voorhis and Shientag, JJ.


Order granting defendant's motion to vacate the judgment entered herein on defendant's default in appearing or answering the complaint, unanimously reversed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant, and the motion to vacate denied, with leave to the defendant to renew said motion upon setting forth evidentiary facts showing a meritorious defense. Plaintiff is stayed from issuing execution under the said judgment until twenty days after service upon defendant of a copy of the order to be entered herein. Settle order on notice.
