The actions of the judge referred to in the memorandum on file were without error, and are affirmed except as follows: (1) The order of dismissal of the wife's petition for modification, to the extent it requires the wife to apply to vacate the order as a condition of maintaining such a petition, is vacated, and the wife is free to maintain such a petition without condition or adverse claims of former adjudication, as indicated in the memorandum. (2) The allowance of attorney's fees is vacated and this matter is remanded for reconsideration, as indicated in the memorandum.
