Upon Consideration of Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 60], Defendant Long Beach's Opposition and Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 71], Defendants Faith Rosselle and Rosselle Realty's Opposition and Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 76], Plaintiff's Opposition to Long Beach, Faith Rosselle, and Rosselle Realty's Motions for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 89], Defendants Faith Rosselle and Rosselle Realty's Reply to Plaintiff's Opposition [Paper No. 90], and Long Beach's Reply to Plaintiffs Opposition [Paper No. 92], it is, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Opinion, this 30th day of December, 2003, ORDERED that:

1) Plaintiff Mobley's Motion for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 60] is DENIED;

2) Defendant Long Beach's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 71] is GRANTED;

3) Defendants Faith Rosselle and Rosselle Realty's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment [Paper No. 76] is GRANTED;

4) Final Judgment is ENTERED in favor of Defendants Long Beach, Rosselle, and Rosselle Realty against Plaintiff Lena Mobley; and

5) The Clerk shall CLOSE this case.
