Supreme Court of Louisiana
Sep 22, 1978
362 So. 2d 1116 (La. 1978)

Opinion

No. 62814.

September 22, 1978.

In re: Sedonia Mitt, wife of/and Robert Mitt and Mary Ann Cummings, wife of/and Ulysses Cummings, applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit. Parish of St. Charles.

Writ denied.

DIXON, J., would grant as to Assignment 3 (damages to natural mother).

CALOGERO, J., concurs in the denial. Spain v. Travelers Ins. Co., La., 332 So.2d 827, about which I have reservations, controls on the exclusionary clause issue.
