MEMORANDUM OPINION


On February 11, 2009, this Court received a letter from the mediator stating appellant no longer desired to prosecute the appeal. In response to our letter inquiring about the matter, appellant, who is pro se, filed an unsigned motion to dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 9.1(b) (documents to be signed by party representing self). By letter dated March 9, 2009, we directed appellant to file, within ten days, a signed motion to dismiss, and warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. To date, appellant has not filed a signed motion to dismiss the appeal, nor has he otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3.
