Appellant, Ishamel Mitchell, has filed a "Motion for Extension of Time to File Brief Pending Supplementation of the Record." According to his motion, the reporter's record of the September 29, 2015 plea proceeding is not included in the appellate record and is needed for the appeal. Appellant also has filed in this Court a copy of the trial court's August 26, 2016 order directing that (1) the court reporter prepare and file the record of the plea proceeding, and (2) a copy of the presentence report be included in the appellate record.

Accordingly, we ORDER that:

• the substitute court reporter Elizabeth Cordova, or the official court reporter, prepare, certify, and file a reporter's record of the plea proceeding held on September 29, 2015; and

• the district court clerk prepare, certify, and file a supplemental clerk's record that includes a copy of the presentence report.

See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(c)(1), (3); 34.6(d). The reporter's record of the plea proceeding and the supplemental clerk's record are due to be filed in this Court no later than 14 days from the date of this order.

Appellant's motion for an extension of time is granted. Appellant's brief is due to be filed in this Court within 30 days after the later of the date the reporter's record of the plea proceeding or the supplemental clerk's record was filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a).
