Appellant's counsel, Terrence Leon Holmes, has filed a motion to withdraw as attorney of record and an accompanying Anders brief. See Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 744, 87 S. Ct. 1396, 1400 (1967). Counsel's motion, however, fails to provide appellant's last known address and telephone number, fails to state that the motion was delivered to appellant via both first-class and certified mail, and fails to state that appellant was notified of his right to object. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5(a), (b).
Accordingly, the motion, as presently filed, is denied. Further, because counsel has filed an Anders brief, we order counsel to file with the Clerk of this Court within 10 days of the date of this order a proper motion to withdraw that complies with Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 6.5 and 9. See TEX. R. APP. P. 6.5, 9; In re Schulman, 252 S.W.2d 403, 410, 412 (Tex. Crim. App. 2008).
