ORDER


Before the Court is the Motion for Summary Judgment on Liability Issue filed by plaintiffs. Rec. Doc. 30. The plaintiffs seek partial summary judgment finding that the motor vehicle accident which is the subject of this litigation was caused by the sole negligence and liability of Johnny F. Welch, who was acting at the time of the accident in the course and scope of his employment by The Steritech Group, Inc., and who was insured for liability by Hartford Fire Insurance Company. Counsel for defendants has informed the Court that defendants do not oppose the motion. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment on Liability Issue (Rec. Doc. 30) is GRANTED as unopposed.
