DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated March 21, 2016, which dismissed an appeal from a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 15, 2014, and for, among other things, leave to reargue the branch of appellant's prior motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, which was determined by a decision and order of this court dated March 7, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
