On May 27, 2022, the parties electronically filed a proposed stipulated decision.

Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the docket number on the Decision is missing the "S" and "Frederick" is spelled "Frederic", therefore the caption on the proposed stipulated decision is incorrect.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the proposed stipulated decision, filed May 27, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 17, 2022, the parties shall file a revised proposed stipulated decision.
