Edward A. Mischler & Patti L. Mischler Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge.

This collection due process case (CDP) was stricken from the Court's March 15, 2021, Denver, Colorado, remote trial session, and remanded to the IRS' Independent Office of Appeals for a supplemental CDP hearing.

On October 1, 2021, the Commissioner filed a status report, which indicated that there were some discussions regarding an installment agreement but that the parties could not agree on a specific amount. On October 27, 2021, the Court held a conference call with the parties, during which the parties asked for additional time to continue discussions regarding the installment agreement. The Court allowed some time and held another conference call with the parties on December 1, 2021. In light of the discussion, we will allow the parties additional time and ask for another status report. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 31, 2022, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report detailing the then-present status of this case.
