Before Division One: Alok Ahuja, P.J., and Lisa White Hardwick and Anthony Rex Gabbert, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Attorney Mav Mirfasihi filed a lawsuit against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company in the Circuit Court of Clay County. Mirfasihi alleged claims for civil conspiracy, violation of the attorney's lien statute ( § 484.140, RSMo ), and tortious interference with contract. Mirfasihi's claims arose from State Farm's payments to third parties for property damage in connection with an automobile accident involving one of Mirfasihi's clients. Mirfasihi contended that he was entitled to an attorney's fee as a result of State Farm's payments. The circuit court granted summary judgment to State Farm, and Mirfasihi appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
