CLARA ELENA MIRANDA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

Pending before the Court in the above-docketed case is respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed July 28, 2023. By Order issued August 2, 2023, the Court directed petitioner to file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss on or before August 23, 2023.

On August 10, 2023, the Court received from petitioner and filed as Exhibit(s) several documents which appear to consist of documents in the nature of evidence. Those documents do not appear to address the merits of respondent's Motion to Dismiss. Accordingly, the Court will take no action with respect to them.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court will take no action with respect to petitioner's Exhibit(s), filed August 10, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction is hereby extended to September 12, 2023. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's Motion and dismissal of the instant case or other appropriate action by the Court.
