On November 22, 2022, the Court received petitioner's Motion to Add Small Tax Case Designation. In his motion petitioner states that respondent does not object to the granting of the motion. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion to Add Small Tax Case Designation is granted and the caption of this case is changed by adding the letter "S" to the docket number. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall add the letter "S" to docket records of the Court and shall process this case to trial or other disposition pursuant to the Court's small tax case procedures.
