Trespass for wrongful death and survival action. Order entered sustaining preliminary objections in the nature of demurrer of defendant, M. Ethel Pew, and preliminary objections on behalf of remaining defendants refused and plaintiff directed to file an amended pleading setting forth specifically the causes of action upon which he relies, order by STRANAHAN, P.J. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 696, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County, No. 142 of 1975. Argued November 10, 1976.

Allen N. Brunwasser, with him Rudolph J. Mion, Sr., in propria persona, for appellant; James Paul Dornberger and Andrew J. Conner, with them Dunn Conner, for appellees.


Order affirmed.
