ORDER OF DISMISSAL
This is a civil rights case filed pro se by a state inmate. In an initial review order entered on March 20, 2003, many of plaintiff s claims were dismissed with prejudice, but some were dismissed with leave to amend. The amendment was due within thirty days of the dismissal. Plaintiff has not amended. The remaining claims in this case are therefore DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
