For good cause shown, the parties joint motion for an order withdrawing Plaintiff Steven Minafri's pending motion for preliminary injunction (doc. no. 25) is GRANTED. Minafri's motion for preliminary injunction (doc. no. 8) is terminated without prejudice. The June 1, 2009 hearing set on that motion and related briefing schedule are canceled.
