MINA v. GENERAL STAR INDEMNITY COMPANY

Supreme Court of Michigan
Jul 22, 1997
455 Mich. 866 (Mich. 1997)

Opinion

No. 107398.

July 22, 1997

Summary Dispositions July 22, 1997:

In lieu of granting leave to appeal, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed in part. MCR 7.302(F)(1). In light of the lack of objection to the instruction at trial, there was no manifest injustice in instructing the jury that the facts relating to the plaintiff's financial condition were material. The plaintiff's application for leave to appeal is denied because the Supreme Court is not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court. Reported below: 218 Mich. App. 678.
