ORDER
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT: the Application for Leave to Withdraw as Counsel of James S. Lowrie, Bruce Wycoff, and the law firm of Jones Waldo Holbrook McDonough PC is granted. It is further ordered that Cablelink Incorporated appear for a status conference on July 9th at 2:30 P.M. with new counsel, Cablelink's failure to appear with new counsel could result in the entry of judgment against it. It is further ordered that Benjamin R. Chase appear in his individual capacity at the status conference set for July 9th at 2:30.
