Appeal by Michael Miloslau from an order of the Family Court, Putnam County, dated July 18, 2012. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Patrick J. Brophy, Esq., dated March 18, 2013, it is

(2) the respondent is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
