ORDER

By order dated November 3, 2016, the Court extended the deadline for appellant to file a brief to November 15, 2016 and deferred to the submissions panel his motion to abate the appeal and order the trial court to make findings of fact. On November 4, 2016, appellant filed an amended motion for extension of time to file a brief and a motion to withdraw his motion to abate appeal and order the trial court to make findings. Appellant filed his brief on November 8, 2016. Accordingly, we DENY as moot his extension motion. We GRANT appellant's motion to withdraw the motion to abate appeal and order the trial court to make findings of fact and DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to withdraw the motion from consideration.
