Assumpsit to recover amount of check drawn by plaintiff and paid by drawer upon alleged unauthorized indorsement. Judgment for defendant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Kickham Scanlan, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1925.
