Carol Jansen, Columbia, Missouri, for Appellant.

Division One: W. Douglas Thomson, Presiding Judge, Alok Ahuja, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Shawndell Miller appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. On appeal, Miller claims the motion court erred by denying his claim for post-conviction relief, asserting that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to pursue a diminished-capacity defense, and he was prejudiced. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
