JOINT STIPULATION TO REMAND ACTION TO STATE COURT


Plaintiff SARAH MILLER, by and through her counsel, and Defendant METRO NETWORKS COMMUNICATIONS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP dba SHADOW BROADCAST SERVICES, the successor to defendant WESTWOOD ONE BROADCAST SERVICES, INC. ("Metro Networks"), by and through its counsel, hereby stipulate to remand this action back to the San Francisco Superior Court (SF. Superior Court Case No. CGC-02-404238). Accordinly, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand set to be heard in this Court on March 7, 2003, at 9:00 a.m., is rendered moot, and the hearing is vacated.

Defendant WESTWOOD ONE BROADCAST SERVICES, INC. merged into defendant METRO NETWORKS COMMUNICATIONS, LIMITED PARTNERSHIP effective December 31, 2000.

Defendant IAN EPSTEIN has yet to make a formal appearance in this action.
