MEMORANDUM ORDER

We have received a new motion by plaintiff for a protective order. We will address that motion in accordance with the noticed schedule, by which it is returnable on August 15, 2005. We note, however, that our Memorandum and Order dated August 1, 2005, which sets up a schedule and procedure for copying the original audiotapes, remains in effect and will not be altered by virtue of this latest motion.
