Opinion

No. 04-20-00471-CV

Kevin MILLER as agent for Miller & Bicklein, Appellant v. KIM TINDALL & ASSOCIATES, LLC, Appellee

From the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2020-CI-01799
Honorable Laura Salinas, Judge Presiding

ORDER

Appellant's unopposed motion to extend time to file the appellant's brief is granted. We note, however, the reporter's record has not been filed. Appellant's docketing statement notes a reporter's record was requested on September 30, 2020, and payment of the reporter's fee was arranged. The docketing statement does not state the name of the court reporter. The official court reporter has informed this court that she was not the court reporter for the hearing in this case.

We therefore ORDER appellant, within 10 days, to file a written response to this order providing the name and contact information of the court reporter from whom appellant requested a reporter's record. Appellant's brief will be due 30 days after the reporter's record is filed.

Luz Elena D. Chapa, Justice

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 12th day of November, 2020.
