Trespass for criminal conversation. Before PITT, JR., J. Verdict entered for defendant and against plaintiff. Plaintiff's motions for new trial and for judgment n.o.v. denied and judgment entered on the verdict. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 2281, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, Aug. T., 1974, No. 263.
